Community Relations, the eighth installment in UDI Capital Region’s ongoing series of RED Management Certificate Program courses, focuses on the creation and management of community relations plans. Learn community engagement strategies and techniques, including what goes into planning a successful meeting, online communication and reputation management, building and maintaining support, and preparing for a public hearing.
