Completing the RED Project, the ninth and final installment in UDI Capital Region’s ongoing series of RED Management Certificate Program courses, focuses on managing the marketing, sales, and leasing process to a successful conclusion. Our industry leaders will take you from hiring marketing consultants, working with realtors and leasing brokers, to finally closing the deal. A rare fourth week has been added to this course to include an introduction to VICA’s Construction 101.

Sarah Henderson, Aryze Developments
With more than 7 years experience leading sales programs throughout the city, Sarah oversees all aspects of the customer experience at Aryze as the Director of Sales & Leasing. With 8 developments launched, Sarah has a firm understanding of the Pre-Sales cycle and the pivotal interdepartmental relationships that bring everything together. Bringing forth a decade of previous experience in Hotel Management, Sarah and her team prioritize relationships, complimented by strong process and strategy to execute some of the most successful sales programs in the city.
Megan O’Leary, Megan O’Leary Consulting
With a uniquely diversified background in Sales and Marketing in Real Estate Development, Megan has been involved in the planning, execution and completion of sales and marketing programs with over 20 condominium and townhome developments throughout Victoria, Vancouver, and Toronto. After working as an employee for developers for over 15 years, she then started Megan O’Leary Consulting, a development sales consulting company and now also works as a Licensed Realtor at Newport Realty. She achieved her undergraduate degree from the University of Victoria, Digital Marketing Management at BCIT and completed her Real Estate Trading Services License at the Sauder School of Business, UBC.
Rory Kulmala, Vancouver Island Construction Association
Rory has been working the construction scene throughout Canada for the last 25 years but primarily in the West as a general contractor and owner for both public and private sectors. In addition to his experience, he has accreditation as an Applied Science Technologist and a PMP, including an MBA.
Brandon Williams – Principal + Marketing Strategist, Wildfire
Brandon Williams has more than a decade of experience leading real estate marketing programs with a strong emphasis on both project pre-sales and leasing campaigns. Specializing in the development of brand and marketing strategies, her knowledge and experience spans the complete project marketing cycle – from market analysis, product consultation, and identity development – to communications, sales strategy, and homeowner engagement.
A goal-oriented professional, Brandon works with a growing list of forward-thinking real estate development clients across the region and has been involved in the strategic development and execution of marketing programs for more than 30 multi and single-family projects, totaling 1,000+ homes. She has led in the establishment of multiple award-winning marketing and advertising campaigns both within and outside of the real estate industry. In 2014, she founded Wildfire, a boutique marketing and branding agency based in Victoria, BC.
