Tony Zarsadias
With a background in commercial sales and specializing in project sales and marketing, Tony Zarsadias has an extensive history in the Victoria real estate market. He is also a well-known leader in the real estate community and is often featured in presentations or asked for his insights on condo-related media stories. Tony is a perennial MLS® Gold Award winner and has also won the prestigious MLS Special Gold Award. From 2011-2015, Tony was the top REALTOR® for number of strata sales.

Tony is a former member of Canada’s National Cycling Team and was awarded the Fair Play Award in 2002. He is also an avid runner, road and mountain cyclist, cross-fit athlete, and triathlon competitor. Sport has played a massive role in Tony’s life, teaching him a strong work ethic, how to be a team player, and how to lead. Together with his wife, Erinne, who is a 2008 cycling Olympian, he wants to help ensure as many kids get a chance to play organized sports as he can. They have started an initiative called Guardian Athlete to help kids from less fortunate backgrounds get into sports. He helps other organizations in the Victoria community, too, including Our Place SocietyThe Mustard SeedPower to Be100 Real Estate Agents Who Care, and “Journey,” an initiative to build homes in third-world countries.

Jocelyne Legal
Jocelyne is a Managing Director, Office Leasing, for Cushman & Wakefield, based out of Vancouver. In this role, she oversees the leasing operations of the Vancouver and Victoria offices.

Jocelyne is a well-respected professional with 30 years industry experience. She has worked with some of Canada’s most sophisticated institutional landlords, negotiating complex lease transactions for key downtown, suburban office, and industrial buildings.

Jocelyne has consulted for the British Columbia Real Estate Association in the design and development of its Commercial Applied Practice Course and has taught components of the program. She holds both a Managing Broker License with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia in Trading Services and Property Management as well as a Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) designation.

Phil Leedham
Phil has worked in project financing and commercial lending for over 17 years. He has been involved in many residential, commercial and mixed use development Real Estate transactions throughout his career.

He has extensive experience in analyzing and evaluating business plans to determine key risk and success factors, as well as negotiating complex contractual arrangements while focusing on mutually beneficial outcomes. Phil is an effective communicator and possesses the ability to speak plainly through complex issues and draw conclusions or frame problems succinctly.

A natural team leader, he has a proven track record of motivating and leading small teams to high performance. Phil’s philosophy is to provide the right tools and training to raise the overall effectiveness of the organization.

Joanne Thibault
Before retirement, Joanne Thibault was career diverse being a labour organizer, business owner, non-profit executive director and public sector strategist in Winnipeg. Joanne kicked off early retirement with a 4 year volunteer stint in Africa with the medical charity Mercy Ships, followed by resettling in Victoria in 2016. Joanne joined Yellow Sheet Construction Data concurrently and has since learned the ropes of collecting and continuously updating data about Vancouver Island construction projects from Yellow Sheet owner and mentor, Lori Appleton. Joanne delights in being on the Yellow Sheet team and delivering unmatched real-time analytics and private sector business leads to the industry.
